Hi all,
Workshop extension is progressing, VP Mark has engaged a concreter and a brick layer with more work due to happen (we hope) later this week. Very difficult getting tradesmen to commit at this time. A meeting with Ranbuilt resolved the rest of the questions we had at that end. We will need a working bee to core to fill the block work once the brick layer has finished.
The workshop is going ok, and a new tool has been purchased for working small jobs on the router. Instructions are under the table, and Martin will happily demonstrate. Both table saws have been aligned for 90 and 45-degree work. The overhead dust collector has had a meltdown and repair work is underway.
Katie is progressing very well on the website, and if you haven't done so, I suggest a look. A simple google search for woodworking Albury Wodonga will bring it up, as will Albury Wodonga Woodcrafters inc.
Next month, May 10, we will bring in pizza meals before the general meeting for all who would like to join in. Cost $5 each, and please advise Juliana Vaughan if you would like to join us. Meal at 6PM, meeting at 7pm. Of course, supper will be provided after the meeting as usual.
Cheers,
Ivan
